!!!! BIG CHANGES FOR 2025!!!!

October 3rd and 4th, at Kalispell Fair Grounds

We have big changes to announce this year with the KSC Ski Swap. We will no longer be doing a Sunday sale. In its place we are hoping to evolve a fun Family night in conjunction with Blacktail Ski Resort. We will be opening the doors on Friday Oct 3rd from 6-9 pm for all Blacktail Season Pass holders and KSC members to sneak in (for free) before the Saturday madness and shop the presale. We will be offering a "Duck The Ropes" or "Trespass Fee" for those who would like to go to the presale but are not members of either organization. The fee will be $10 per person, or $20 per family. All proceeds from this will go straight to helping KSC carry out its mission of getting every child on skis that wants to.

Additionally we are coming into the digital age and will now be utilizing software to facilitate our swap this year!  This will allow you to add your gear to your inventory starting as soon as you would like. Then just bring in your gear so we can check it into the swap. Click here to access the online ski swap portal.

The Kalispell Ski Swap is the largest ski swap around and the place to buy or consign used and new gear. This year it will be the first weekend in October, the 3rd and 4th. This is our largest fundraising event to help support the costs of the KSC’s free learn to ski program. Several vendors from surrounding states will be on hand to help answer any of your questions as well as KSC’s own staff.

The ski swap is located in the southern trade center building at the Kalispell fair grounds, right across the street from Albertsons. Bring your gear down to consign Thursday the 2nd from 6-8pm or Friday the 3rd, from noon to 6pm. We will have everything needed to price and mark your skis, boots, poles, and anything else winter related.

The ski swap is also a great time to support local organizations. Blacktail Ski Resorts will be there to answer questions. We will also be on hand to complete KSC memberships and answer questions about our free learn to ski program.

Consignments:
October 2rd: Gear turn in from 6pm to 8pm.
October 3th: Gear turn in from Noon to 6pm.
This is when you would turn in any gear you would like to sell during the swap. Staff will be on hand to help price and tag your equipment. Everything will be provided for you.
Please note that you must pick up your gear from 10am to 3pm Sunday the 5th or it will be donated to local charities.

October 3th: Ski Swap Pre-Sale
        The sale will begin at 6pm to 9pm. Must be a member of either Blacktail Ski resort or KSC to attend for free. All others will be $10 person or $20 per family.

October 4th: Ski Swap Sale
         8AM-4PM No entry fee to shop. 

October 5th:Consignment Pick up. 
10am-3pm. All consignments must be pickup on Sunday or will be donated to local ski foundations or other local organizations.
