October 3rd and 4th, 2025 at Kalispell Fair Grounds

The Kalispell Ski Swap is the largest ski swap around and it is the place to buy or consign used and new gear. This year it will be the first weekend in October, the 3rd and 4th. This is our largest fundraising event to help support the costs of the KSC’s free learn to ski program. Several vendors from surrounding states will be on hand to help answer any of your questions as well as KSC’s own staff.

The ski swap is located in the southern trade center building at the Kalispell fair grounds, right across the street from Albertsons. Bring your gear down to consign Thursday the 2nd from 6-8 or Friday the 3rd from noon - 6pm.Additionally we are coming into the digital age and will now be utilizing software to facilitate our swap this year! This will allow you to add your gear to your inventory starting as soon as you would like. Then just bring in your gear so we can check it into the swap. The ski swap is also a great time to support local organizations. Blacktail Ski Resorts will be there to answer questions and take pictures for passes. We will also be on hand to complete KSC memberships and answer questions about our free learn to ski program.

Please join us to help support this great Organization. Below is a schedule of events.

October 3rd: Gear turn in from 12pm to 8pm.
This is when you would turn in any gear you would like to sell during the swap. Staff will be on hand to help price and tag your equipment. Everything will be provided for you.
Please note that you must pick up your gear from 10 AM to 3pm Sunday the 2nd or it will be donated to local charities.

October 3rd: Ski Swap Sale
Pre-Sale, Friday the 3rd from 6-8pm

October 4th: Ski Swap Sale
Sale begins at 8am through 4pm

October 5th: Gear Pickup
Gear pickup from 10am - 3pm
