Kalispell Ski Club

Annual Meeting September 6, 2007

President Celeste Pace called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. About 25 members were in attendance.

Reports of Committees:

Brett Bennetts reported that everything would be pretty much the same this year with the exception of the Bump Bash being held later in the season. The Mtn is going to try to promote this activity better. Brett introduced the new Learn To Ski Director: Don Hickethier.

Election of Officers:

It was MOVED, SECONDED, and CARRIED that the following list of officers were elected.

President: Matt Shearer

Vice President: Brett Bennetts

Treasurer: Alice Bennetts

Secretary: Sandy Magnan

Election of Board of Directors:

Three Board members staying on the Board are:

Mark Clark

Dave Suvak

Dan Durado Due to other commitments. Dan resigned.

It was MOVED, SECONDED, AND CARRIED that the following list were elected to the board:

Steve Snipstead to replace Dan Durado. Term is one year.

Bob Wagnild Term is two years

Bill Burback Term is two years

Mark Drew Term is two years

Door prizes were given away. Bob Wagnild won the skies. Bill Burback Family won the Child Season Pass.

The meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
